I am a regular English tourist to your island & it is very comforting to know that such back up exists.
My thanks again to White Watch from Christchurch Station & to the crew from Fire Service HQ who also attended the scene.
I would also like to say a special thank you to the fire fighter who supported my head during the whole operation.
Rest assured that your comments will be forwarded to all of the personnel involved in the incident on April 17, 2010. Please also accept our condolences on the untimely death of the driver.
